ABC ran a story last week that shows that your brain needs periods of rest to function properly. Google, Nike and Best Buy give their employees plenty of freedom with their schedules and allow them to take breaks during work hours.



I live about 5 miles from the Nike World Campus and if you drive by during the day you can see employees working out, playing soccer and frisbee football during the day.

One of the lessons in our coaching program is the lesson of ideal lifestyle. At one point, I think we all go through a phase where everything seems to be "clicking" or "working" and we accumulate a lot of stuff and money.
